Overview
Trainer William Hegarty, JD, will discuss the role of the state regulatory board, its ethical rules, and will provide information on the investigative and disciplinary role of the state board. Participants will also discuss issues that will hopefully prevent licensees from violating the Code of Professional Conduct. Training in ethics is a required training for licensure renewal.
